Health Test Certified Cotons

 

The American Coton Club maintains a database of Cotons and the health tests their owners submit to ACC. The list of health tested Cotons has been available to the Coton community for many years. It is currently being updated and will be available on this web page when completed.

American Coton Club Code of Ethics Breeders have always been required to health test their breeding Cotons. In 2008 the ACC initiated a new Health Testing Program which requires not only CERF eye testing and general veterinary health certification but also OFA certified testing. The results of these tests are available online at the OFA and CERF web sites. The statistical analysis from the OFA health certifications of Coton de Tulear are provided below.
